Terms for shopping with Tazty Candy.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your location or use the store with permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account confidentiality and promptly updating details that change.

We may refuse service, limit quantities, suspend access or cancel activity when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, comply with law or enforce these terms.

We may cancel or adjust an order for stock errors, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, product limits or other reasonable operational reasons. Any collected amount for cancelled items will be refunded.

We try to keep prices accurate. If an obvious error is identified, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item.

We aim to display product descriptions, images, weights, ingredients and dietary information accurately. Packaging, recipes, colours, product size and country-of-origin information can change without notice, particularly where items are supplied by third-party brands.

Website filters such as “vegan,” “gelatin-free” or similar are provided as shopping aids, not medical advice or guarantees about cross-contamination. Manufacturer labelling takes priority.

We deliver worldwide. Available services, costs and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

For worldwide orders, VAT, customs duty or carrier fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of edible products. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery about a damaged or incorrect order. Include photographs, original packaging, the shipping label, batch details where relevant and your order number. Do not return anything unless we instruct you to.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase and before processing begins.

The Tazty Candy name, logos, site design, written content, graphics and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, packaging and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

You may use the site for personal shopping. You may not reproduce, scrape, sell, modify, publish or commercially exploit store content without written permission or another lawful basis.

When you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm you have the right to provide it and grant the store a non-exclusive permission to use it for operating, promoting and improving the business, subject to applicable privacy choices.
