1. General Policy

At TaztyCandy, operated by DBA GOODS AB, we take pride in delivering high-quality Swedish confectionery to our customers worldwide. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy has specific conditions, which you agree to by making a purchase.


2. No Returns on Food Products

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on edible products, including all candy and snacks.
  • This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws and FDA regulations in the USA regarding food safety.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

3.1 Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Order

  • Contact us at info@taztycandy.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item(s)
    • The original packaging (including shipping label)
  • We will review your case and offer either a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

3.2 Non-Eligible Cases

  • Minor aesthetic imperfections (e.g., slightly deformed candy, minor packaging dents) do not qualify for refunds.
  • We do not refund melted or heat-damaged candy due to warm weather conditions during shipping.
  • Refunds are not given for delayed deliveries due to customs processing or courier issues beyond our control.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import restrictions in their country.
  • If a package is rejected or returned by customs, we do not issue refunds for shipping fees or product costs.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

In rare cases where refunds are granted outside of our standard policy, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
